Delaware County Drug Task Force-L.E.A.P (Law Enforcement Against Pushers)



The Delaware County Drug Task Force (L.E.A.P) serves to identify, investigate, arrest, and aid in the prosecution of drug traffickers to help minimize the effects of drug abuse in Delaware County. The Delaware County Drug Task Force aids in dismantling organized criminal  networks and focuses on street level enforcement to effect a reduction in related criminal offenses. This multi-jurisdictional task force includes members from the below listed agencies.

Mission Statement of the Delaware County Drug Task Force-L.E.A.P:
Is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Delaware County by reducing the availability of drugs and related criminal offenses.
Darin Karbler bio
Darin Karbler, Commander
Sgt. Karbler has 29 years of law enforcement experience and has commanded the L.E.A.P Drug Task Force for five years. Sgt. Karbler also spent 25 years of his career as a Tactical Operator/ Team Leader of the Delaware Tactical Unit.
Dereck Keller bio
Dereck Keller, Assistant Commander
Sgt. Keller has 25 years of law enforcement experience and has assisted with task force operations for the last two years. Sgt. Keller is an active member of the Delaware Tactical unit as a team leader.
