President
Dennis is serving in his second term as President of the association.  He has previously held the offices of District Director, and Vice President.  President Lowe is a thirty-nine-year law enforcement veteran and has spent thirty-five years in the specialized field of drug enforcement.  He is the past President of the Ohio Narcotic Association of Regional Coordinating Officers (NARCO), the current elected Secretary of the National Narcotic Officer Association Coalition, A trustee on the Executive Board of the Ohio Deflection Association, and the Commander of the South-Central Ohio Major Crimes Unit.

President Lowe’s vision for the Ohio Task Force Commanders Association is to continue building stronger collaborations and partnerships between Ohio’s Law Enforcement Task Forces, the creation of an Ohio Task Force Commander certification Program, and to secure sustainable permanent funding for our member task forces.
